Bombed Out BBQ is a new barbecue smoked food trailer that will be opening soon in the Springfield, Missouri area. Featuring the best flavors from around the country. Texas brisket, Carolina pork, Alabama white chicken and Memphis ribs. Featuring a full menu with custom sandwiches, southern sides, desserts and a secret menu that can only be seen at the trailer. We are currently working towards getting a trailer and smoker custom built and hoping to open very soon. Check back here for more information as we get closer to opening.
