Our Trailer Goal
This is the type of barbecue trailer we are planning to use. A 28' trailer with a 10' porch. Using a combination of wood burning smokers and pellet smokers to create the perfect barbecue. A premier trailer with an efficient layout to make vending as easy as possible.
Our Menus
Offering the best variety of amazing barbecue items. Offering a meat menu, combos and sandwiches, as well as a sides and dessert menu. Everyone is sure to find something they will love on our menus. We also have a secret menu that you can only find at our trailer.
Our Food
The best barbecue in Missouri with recipes from around the country. Offering plenty of choices including Texas Brisket, North Carolina Pulled Pork, Kansas City Burnt Ends and Alabama White Chicken. Southern style sides like smoked beans, pork belly collard greens and of course, creamy macaroni and cheese.
