Chef Kevin Koszarek is an award-winning pitmaster with a passion for fire-driven cooking shaped by years of global travel and exploration. Rooted in American barbecue and guided by classical culinary technique, he blends bold flavor with thoughtful execution in every experience he creates. Even though he is only in his second semester of culinary school, Chef Koszarek brings extensive hands-on experience, discipline shaped by military service, and a deep respect for hospitality to every private dining table he serves.
