This next phase places the Smoke Discipline at the center of everything, expanding into barbecue consulting, knowledge sharing, and real-world application of the system through cooking, evaluation, and development.
Alongside that, Bombed Out BBQ will continue to grow through barbecue classes, veteran mentorship, and hands-on teaching, as well as articles and restaurant reviews that break down barbecue from a professional, process-driven perspective.
Catering and private chef services are still available on a limited basis, and future expansion into a food trailer or mobile barbecue operation remains part of the long-term vision.
