Bombed Out BBQ is excited to announce our new barbecue smoked food trailer, set to open soon in the Springfield, Missouri area. We will feature the best flavors from across the nation, including Texas brisket, Carolina pork, Alabama white chicken, and Memphis ribs. Our menu will include a variety of custom sandwiches, southern sides, delicious desserts, and a secret menu exclusive to our trailer. Currently, we are in the process of having a trailer and smoker custom built, and we can't wait to open our doors. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to our grand opening!
